1960 - Company Founded
On 12 April 1960, Late Shri Udit Narayan Vishwanath Sultania and Late Smt. Geeta Devi Sultania started a small steel trading shop in Shivrinarayan. The market was different then, but the rule of business was the same: if you want long-term customers, you need clean dealings and consistent delivery.
1998 - Major Expansion
Over time, the shop expanded through trust, not noise. In 1998, Gopal Prasad Sultania established the next phase of growth by building what is known today as Vishwa Geeta Ispat (earlier Vijay Laxmi Steel). What began with a small team became a structured, multi-generation steel distribution business
