Job Summary
The Team Lead – Office Operations will coordinate between departments, manage internal workflows, and support the sales and logistics teams. This role suits someone who’s organized, communicative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily office activities and assist in inter-department coordination.
- Track sales orders, dispatch schedules, and follow-up with clients.
- Maintain documentation, MIS reports, and team performance logs.
- Assign and monitor team tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Support HR in onboarding and team engagement activities.
- Manage communication between senior management and teams.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Commerce, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in office management or coordination roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic ERP systems.
- Ability to lead small teams and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
