Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily office activities and assist in inter-department coordination.
  • Track sales orders, dispatch schedules, and follow-up with clients.
  • Maintain documentation, MIS reports, and team performance logs.
  • Assign and monitor team tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Support HR in onboarding and team engagement activities.
  • Manage communication between senior management and teams.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in office management or coordination roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic ERP systems.
  • Ability to lead small teams and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
